Wayo Japanese Language School Successfully Hosts 3rd Independent University Admissions Fair
On July 17, 2025, Wayo Japanese Language School proudly hosted its 3rd Independent University Admissions Fair on campus. As one of the school’s key academic support initiatives, the fair aimed to provide students with direct interaction opportunities with representatives from Japanese universities and vocational schools—helping them clarify their educational goals and move closer to realizing their study abroad dreams.Over 280 students participated enthusiastically, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere throughout the day.

This year, more than 30 educational institutions joined the fair, including prestigious universities and top-tier vocational schools renowned in fields such as art, animation, IT, business, design, music, and nursing. The diversity of participating schools offered students a wide range of choices suited to their unique interests and aspirations.

Representatives provided in-depth information on program offerings, admission procedures, entrance exams, tuition fees, and scholarship options. They also offered one-on-one consultations, answering students’ specific questions and offering practical advice. Many students commented that meeting representatives in person gave them a clearer, more realistic picture than online research alone could provide.
To improve the experience, Wayo Japanese Language School introduced subject-based booth zones (Humanities, Sciences, Arts) and provided multilingual volunteer support, enabling students to navigate the event efficiently and receive guidance tailored to their field of interest. After the fair, students were given information packets to help with their future application preparation, interviews, and personal statements.
At Wayo Japanese Language School, we are committed to supporting each student’s journey toward higher education. In addition to EJU preparation and writing support for essays and research proposals, we offer a variety of support services, including mock interviews, admissions seminars, and alumni talks.
Looking ahead, we will continue to strengthen our partnerships with universities and vocational schools across Japan, expanding opportunities and resources for our students.
The success of this year’s fair not only highlights Wayo’s professionalism and dedication to student advancement, but also marks another step in building a strong bridge between our students and their dreams.
We look forward to continuing this journey with every student—helping them move forward with confidence, courage, and a clear vision for the future.
