Study abroad eligibility
The qualifications for admission to our institution are as follows and all must be met:
(1) Completion of 12 years of school education or equivalent.
(2) Age 18 or older.
(3) Those who have been granted permission to enter Japan by legitimate procedures, or are expected to be granted such permission.
(4) Those who have a trustworthy guarantor. (5) Those who have the Japanese language ability required for their respective admission period.
For students applying for admission:
- For April enrollment: Students who have a record of studying Japanese for 150 hours or more, or who can submit a certificate proving that they have Japanese language ability equivalent to N5 or higher on the Japanese Language Proficiency Test or other recognized tests.
- For July enrollment: Students who can submit a certificate proving that they have Japanese language ability equivalent to N5 or higher on the Japanese Language Proficiency Test or other recognized tests, and who have passed the written and interview exams conducted by the school.
- For October enrollment: Students who can submit a certificate proving that they have Japanese language ability equivalent to N4 or higher on the Japanese Language Proficiency Test or other recognized tests, and who have passed the written and interview exams conducted by the school.
- For January enrollment: Students who can submit a certificate proving that they have Japanese language ability equivalent to N3 or higher on the Japanese Language Proficiency Test or other recognized tests, and who have passed the written and interview exams conducted by the school.

- Resume/CV
- Statement of purpose for studying abroad
- Graduation certificate/Proof of enrollment
- Transcripts/Grades from previous studies
- Certificate of Japanese language proficiency
- Proof of financial support
- Certificate of family relationship
- Passport
- Bank deposit certificate of at least ¥200,000 (held for a minimum of 3 months)
- Bank statement proving the source of the ¥200,000 deposit (within the past year)
- Certificate of employment for the person providing financial support (company form)
- Certificate of income tax payment for the person providing financial support (company form)
- Copy of family register
- Application form (provided by the school)
- Photo (3×4 cm with no background)
- Any additional documents requested by the school
Note:
- Students who have passed JLPT-N5 within 2 years can submit a JLPT passing certificate instead of a Japanese language learning certificate. The Japanese language learning certificate must include the study period, attendance rate, study content, name of teaching materials used, and level achieved.
- School or company certificates must include the address, phone number, and official seal.
