Wayo Japanese Language School’s Disney Trip Successfully Concluded! Students Enjoyed an Unforgettable Day!

On November 21, all students of Wayo Japanese Language School, led by their teachers, gathered at Tokyo DisneySea for the long-anticipated traditional extracurricular activity. This Disney trip was not only an opportunity for students to take a break from their academic studies and relax but also a delightful journey filled with magical and innocent memories.

Tokyo DisneySea is a one-of-a-kind Disney park themed around the ocean, not just in Asia but worldwide. It officially opened on September 4, 2001, located within the Tokyo Disney Resort, adjacent to Tokyo Disneyland. The park focuses on maritime adventures and boasts unique attractions. It is the only Disney park globally designed around oceanic stories. Compared to Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo DisneySea emphasizes a romantic atmosphere and adventurous experiences, making it especially popular among adults. This is why our school chose it as one of this year’s destinations for the annual outing.

Upon arriving at the park, the students eagerly immersed themselves in various attractions. From classic carousels to thrilling roller coasters, everyone took photos to capture each joyful moment. The journey was filled with laughter as everyone indulged in Disney’s magical atmosphere, experiencing a fairytale-like dream world.

In addition to enjoying the park, a special surprise event—the Creative Photography Contest—was held, encouraging students to capture their most imaginative moments through the lens while exploring the park. At various attractions, students took photos showcasing their unique perspectives and personalities. Winners were determined by the number of likes their photos received, with prizes awarded for first, second, and third place, ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 yen.

This fun and heartwarming day not only helped students relax but also strengthened the bonds between them. Being able to spend joyful moments with classmates and teachers in a foreign land brought a sense of home-like warmth to everyone. Participants expressed that the Disney trip was not only an unforgettable experience but also a chance to recharge in a cheerful atmosphere, preparing them to approach their future studies with a more positive mindset.

Wayo Japanese Language School places great importance on the holistic development of its students.
